Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MediBot, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our refund and cancellation process.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 1 day of placing the order to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 1 day of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
  • If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Complaints for items with a manufacturer's warranty should be directed to the respective manufacturer for resolution.
  • To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including the order number and reason for the request.
  • Refunds will not be processed for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition upon return.
